i have been picking my nails for as long as long as i can remember almost 13 years i would say i have to stop! now my mom tried the hot sauce thing but it doesnt owrk because i dont bite my nails i pick them so some helpful hints would be niceNail beds soooo history for me ...but is it to late to get them back?
wear gloves or put band aids on them. i know it might look funny but if you really want it. then you wont care. thats all i can think of. good luck :)
