How can i make my nail beds be longer and my nails thicker!?

I use Sally Hansen's nail polish. It's nail polish with vitamin E which will make your nails grow. They have nail colors with vitamin E or if you want your nails bare there is clear polish with vitamin E. You apply the clear nail polish once for 5 days. It'll eventually show progress. And for colored nail polish i would put to colored on first, then put the clear on over for 5 days just like if you had bare finger nails.
