White spots under nail beds what are they?

Either a lack of calcium in your diet or evidence of your banging or knocking nails months ago!White spots under nail beds what are they?
This is normally due to lack of calcium.

you can buy calcium tablets.White spots under nail beds what are they?
its the tissue
If you have white spots on all you nails it's a sign of calcium deficiency if they appear on one or two of your nails it means that you have injured your nail the white spot will be a bruise on the nail bed which will grow out as your nail grows

your nails can tell alot about your diet and health
Either lack of calcium or you've bashed your nail
Every time you tell a lie, you get one of those little white spots... ha ha, that's what my mom used to tell me when I was little.

Seriously though.... while certain diseases and/or vitamin deficiencies can cause nail trouble, the most common cause for those little white spots is trauma to the nail bed. Haven't banged your finger lately? It probably happened three or four weeks ago. The injury most likely occured near the cuticle or a little further down the finger. You probably said ';Ow'; and maybe uttered a few curse words. Then you forgot about it. Little did you know that it had slightly damaged the nail that was growing. Several weeks later, you see the impact of a forgotten injury, manifested as a tiny white spot on your fingernail...

or maybe you've just been lying a lot lately!
Zinc deficiency
The myth that has been around since I was a child, is that it is due to lack of calcium, or occasionally of some other mineral. Though white spots on the nails may indicate a number of disease processes, the commonest cause is trivial trauma to the nail bed.
Sal is right normally lack of calcium
deficiency of zinc.

take more fruits and vegetables, your nail will become pink.
a lack of calcium!!
