I'm always picking at my flaky and peely nail beds, and I was wondering, what apsects of diet affect that? Besides smoking and alcohol give them jaundice, I'm not sure.What cause bad nail beds?

i'm assuming just an overall bad diet. we know that if you eat well then you're nails get strong and long. so i'm assuming the opposite.
