You can try soaking it in warm soapy water for a minimum of 10 min. at least 3 times a day (rinse well!).
If it doesn't improve in a week or so she should be seen by the vet as it may be a fungal infection.My dog has a swollen nail bed on around her dew claw .?
If it's swollen like that it's probably already infected. You should take her to a vet. I've seen things like this that turn out to be cancerous and the owner didn't act quickly enough and it metastasized. I'm not trying to scare you, I'm just telling you what I've seen. Swelling in the nail bed with no sign of injury is something odd and odd things like that should really be checked. It could also be that there was some other type of injury that you can't see. She could have bumped it or caught it on something, leaving the nail intact but causing swelling.
