Lengthening th e nail bed?

as a child I would constantly bite my nails...the nail plate, the skin around it, everything. By the time I was a teenager I had stopped completely; but the nail bed (the pink area) hasn't grown at all. Some people say that when you stop biting, the nail bed should grow back quickly; others say that if you had bitten your nails too severely, the nail bed wouldn't grow back at all.

Is there any way to lengthen my nail bed, or is it impossible?Lengthening th e nail bed?
Yes, use a moisturizing oil to hydrate the area every night, for at least 4 weeks. After the skin is more elastic, start pushing it with an orange stick *also called cuticle stick* , which are made especially for this purpose.

I cannot recommend any cuticle oil, most are not good, but you can do it yourself by mixing jojoba, tea tree and vitamin E oils together and apply massaging softly the cuticle. The use an orange stick, like Opi's and gently push back.Lengthening th e nail bed?
push your cuticles back and put on a strenghtening and growing nail polish
