My nail beds hurt?

Ive been having problems when i wake up inthe morning with my fingers being sleep. Im at work and when i type my nail beds are sore. I have long natural nails and they grow long on there own. What could this mean?My nail beds hurt?
Not saying this is the answer my good friend but check this out:

ONYCHOMYCOSIS

Onychomycosis is a fungal infection which occurs on the fingernails.

CAUSES

Infection in the body or maybe a Finger injury.

SYMPTOMS

Nails that are white and thick.

Nails that detach from the nail bed.

Debris under nails which is difficult or impossible to remove.

A sac of pus anywhere around the nail bed.

Blister looking sores near the nail bed.

Pain or pressure around the nail and surrounding tissue.

TREATMENT

Trimming the nails to a shorter length will help to minimize discomfort and reduce swelling to the surrounding nail bed. In minor cases, over-the-counter antifungal topical treatments can be applied to hands three times daily. More serious cases respond best to antifungal drugs taken by mouth.

Maybe for you...it maybe just some debris that has gotten under your nails and may be embedded. I know you love your nails...but if it seems to get worse kim....sorry but you got to cut them and start over! love Sky.My nail beds hurt?
probably a lack of calcium in your diet. drink more milk or take calcium supplements and see if that works. If it doesn't, I have no idea

good luck to you:)
Maybe it's a skin infection. Some natural occuring bacteria (eg. Staphylococcus Aureus, Staphylococcus Epidermidis or Streptococcus Pyogenes) which normally live on the skin, might sometimes turn pathogenic. The long nails may also shelter them. You should better see a doc and have some tests.
