Does anyone know where i could buy a bed of nails?

Make it yourself. Just put 2 and 1/2 in long nails through a 1/2 in thick plywood. The nails need to be about 3/4 in apart. No need to file the nails blunt. You will feel the pricks, but you won't get too hurt because your weight is well distributed over many nails.Does anyone know where i could buy a bed of nails?
As others have said, buy a sheet of plywood and a couple of pounds of 16-penny nails. A chalk line would help too. It is a reel of string enclosed in a box. You fill the box with chalk. Then you roll the string out (It has a hook on one end), hold the other end taut, and snap the string. It leaves a straight line of chalk on the wood. Your hardware store clerk will show you how it works. It is simpler to show than to describe with words. It is 10 times faster than a pencil and yardstick.

Make a chalk line every inch or 3/4th of an inch along your plywood the long way, then again the short way. Lay your plywood on a bed of sand and drive your nails in at the intersections. When you finish, pull it up - the nails won't stick to the sand - brush it off and put it to use.Does anyone know where i could buy a bed of nails?
no, but you can make one.
you have to make it yourself. if a factory produces bed of nails theyd go bankrupt cuz you'll be the only buyer. chris angel too maybe.
This topic is genealogy: Tracing your family tree.
Surely there is a better solution for a bad back!
Go to your hardware store and buy wooden board and a box of nails...and a hammer if you don't have one!
OK! How is this genealogy? Do you come from a heritage of circus performers? If you did, you would know where to find your bed of nails!

I would suggest you try a costume shop or a Halloween specialty store. You might also try a Renaissance fair or a Gothic shop. You could try a Wicca shop. The only other place I can think of would be a sword maker.

Good luck!
I don't know but perhaps a blacksmith could make you one.
go to the lumberyard, get a good sturdy piece of plywood, buy some nails and a hammer. Once you have made your bed, lie in it. Make sure you are up to date on your tetanus and hepatitis vaccinations first!
