I have been biting my nails for 12 years, and I have bitten far into my nail bed. Help?

I have bitten at least half a centimetre into my nail bed on all my fingers, and now I am trying to grow them again.


However, the length of nail bed (the pink part of my nail) is the same, and the only part of my nail that is growing is white.





Will the white parts of my nail eventually turn pink (become nail bed?)?I have been biting my nails for 12 years, and I have bitten far into my nail bed. Help?

an yes as long as u stop they will eventually grow down to be where they should be, but it will take time.

You must stop that!...all this is, is a bad habit. You must break this bad habit or your hands will always look like crap!.


Wear gloves if you have to but break this habit!...you can do it.
