My toe nail is seperating from the nail bed and i can pull half if it off...?

i know i dont have that onychomycosis fungus becuase it happens from the base to the tip and it is on the same halves of my middle toes. i dropped rocks on my feet whil climbing table mountain in south africa in febuary and this just has kept happening as i would cut off the whitish part when it starts to sperate and let it regrow and repert. is there anything i can do to mkae it stop? it is just hard to give my self a pedicure when half of my middle toenails is missing.





p.s. there is still a little bit of nail underneith. i.e when i touch it the sensation on my toes is like that of a full nail... help
